A Mexican economy that foreign buyers, sellers and investors can read as clearly as their own, so that decisions are made on facts and not on hope or on the advice of someone who profits from the answer.
Who we are
Rutanamex is the practice of JJ Rutan Flores, a civil engineer and economist, and his team. We have been advising on Mexico's economy since 2008, across imports, exports, nearshoring, property and capital projects. The same work produces the data pages and books on this site.
Independence
We take no fees from any operator we evaluate or recommend; our own partner companies pay a disclosed referral retainer, stated on every referral.
Property and capital at risk
When the question is whether to put capital into a property or project, the right answer starts with an inspection.
