The source and its dates
Diario Oficial de la Federación (evening edition), as published by the Cámara de Diputados. Published 23 April 2026; in force from 24 April 2026. Checked against the source on 11 October 2026.
What to do
Look up your product's eight-digit tariff line in the decree. If it is one of the 185 lines and your goods cannot prove origin under a trade agreement with Mexico, cost it at the new rate (bicycles, frames and forks at 35 percent), or compare supply from a treaty partner. Manufacturers using PROSEC should check their sector's list again.
