How it is measured, and what is absent: one routing request on 5 November 2026 from the centre of each state capital to the Mexican end of 20 bridges serving 19 of the 20 ports that took at least 10,000 inbound trucks in the latest twelve months (Laredo through both of its commercial bridges; Tornillo, the twentieth port, was not routed; Naco and Lukeville fall below the line). The routes use toll and non-toll roads alike. Truck times, border wait times and rail crossings are absent: no public source gives them by state.
